Terms of service

Below is my Terms of Service, make sure to read it before commissioning me to know what my Terms of Service are! Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to the currently outlined Terms of Service below!


     Process- I hold the right to refuse commissions or applications for commissions for any reason at any time. (You will be refunded, if you have paid)- Its encouraged for the commissioner to try sketching their idea if they want to, it greatly helps me understand what you want!- After accepting the commission, I like to draw rough sketches or thumbnails until the commissioner is satisfied, and I have an idea of what they want.- After the sketch is accepted, the invoice will be sent, and after it is paid, work on the commission will resume.- My days off are Saturdays and Sundays, so those will be the days I will most likely spend time working on commissions.- I try to aim for a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks, however please be understanding if things come up and delay me, I will do my best to communicate these.- I am more than willing to revise the commission a reasonable number of times; extreme or unreasonable revisions may be subject to additional fees.


     Payment- The only methods of payment I accept at this time are through PayPal and Ko-fi, and all currency values are in USD.- I do not and will not accept cryptocurrency as payment.- Anyone who starts a chargeback after I have sent the completed product without any warning or discussion is immediately blacklisted from future commissions.


     Usage/Distribution- I reserve the right to upload commissioned art to my social medias, galleries, portfolio, or examples or to stream making the commission unless otherwise agreed upon, please be sure to ask me before the commission is started and/or completed.- My art is for personal usage, and not meant for commercial purposes, we may be able to discuss additional fees if it is.- You are encouraged to share my art and/or post it wherever you want!- Please credit me wherever you use and/or share my art (such as social media posts, gallery site posts, PFPs or banners, etc.)- Do not edit out my signature or watermark.- Do not use my art in NFTs, Cryptocurrency, anything involving blockchain technology, etc.- My art is not allowed to be used in any current or future forms of AI generative technologies.
